Fernley's first ever ART WEEK--A week filled with music, fun events, and things to make and take home!

Join in the fun throughout the city of Fernley for our first ever ART WEEK leading up to the third annual Music, Murals, and Margaritas festival on May 18th!

Let's get ready for the Music, Murals, and Margaritas festival with fun all through the city of Fernley for the week leading up to the big event!

Friday, May 10th: Kick off the week starting May 10th with a main street car cruise followed by karaoke at McHoppers.

Saturday, May 11th: Chalk your spot at Fernley High School (open to the public, spots are $10 in advance, $12 on the day of the event) make your mark on the parking lot, chalk is provided! After you're done with the chalk, come down to McHoppers at 7pm for Open Mic Night! Sign ups start at 6:30pm. Open to all sorts of talent, ages 21+.

Sunday May 12th: Cars and Coffee 10am-1pm on Main Street in Fernley from 10am-1pm. Presented by Toe's Detail.

Monday, May 13th: Make 'N Take at the Fernley Art Center, come make a fabric snowflake, a pair of earrings, or learn how to decorate an adorable set of cookies! Prices vary.

Tuesday, May 14th: Taco Tuesday 'N Tunes at Guadalajara Grill NV on Center Street in Fernley, enjoy live music on the patio with your tacos!

Wednesday, May 15th: Pop Up Gallery at Tats 'n Flats at 80E Main Street, Fernley. Paint 'n Sip at McHoppers, $40 ages 21+.

Thursday, May 16th: Make 'N Take T-Shirt at All In Graphix. $10 to get a tour, learn how they make shirts, and then make your own, exclusive shirt to take home! Please reserve ahead of time.

Friday, May 18th: Main Street Poker Walk get your cards, walk or drive to the stops, gather your poker hand and enter to win prizes! The last stop is at the Fernley Art Center, event goes from 3:30-6:30pm. After you're done with that, buy a ticket and come inside for the Kickoff Party featuring The Teacher Band! Tickets available at for $20 in advance. $25 at the door. Join us for an evening of meeting the artists painting murals around the city, and a lot of fun as TTB rocks the house!
