Music, Murals, and Margaritas 2024

The third annual Music, Murals, and Margaritas festival is taking place on Center Street Fernley again this year on May 18, 2024. The festival goes from noon-10:30pm featuring two stages, over 60 vendors, 6 food trucks, art activities, live music, live entertainment, and margarita tasting!

You'll find new murals throughout the city of Fernley, feel free to stop and talk to the muralists as they paint! You'll be able to pick up mural maps the week of the festival to see all the murals in town, both old and new!

On May 17th come to 1000 Truckee Lane to the barn at Corkscrew Land and Cattle to see The Teacher Band play with comedian Amy Bosch-Whitney opening for $20. Plus, you'll get to meet the artists and we'll have the bar stocked and ready to serve you! We'll have auction items and a raffle to help raise money to bring the Art Center back better than ever! May 18th starting at noon we'll have live music from bands like: Kat Heart & The Business, Charity Kiss, Greg Gilmore, Spike McGuire, Nothing if not Dreams, DNA, Sweet Decay, Rigorous Proof, and Julia Clum. We'll have live entertainment featuring performances by Dayton's dance team, the Vaquero dance team, and we're bringing back last year's favorite...CONTROLLED BURN fire dancers!

You can taste margaritas in our margarita tasting area (must show valid ID and be 21+, drink responsibly!) by paying $5 and voting for your favorite to be crowned this year's victor on the Golden Blender.

Admission to the festival is free! We'll have activities where you can help paint a mural or a trash can, too. Come out and have fun with the whole family!
