Terms and Conditions for using the Fernley Art Center

The Art Center is a non-profit organization run by a group of volunteers. To keep costs down, you must leave the facility in the condition you found it in. If you feel the center needed to be cleaned prior to you using it, please take pictures of what you see and call the number listed in the center on the door.

By clicking the “I Agree” button on the application, you are agreeing to:

• Sweeping the floors and cleaning any “wet” or “sticky” spots on floor
• Returning kitchen to the way it was found
• Taking any trash out to the dumpsters
• Removing all decorations from your event
• Replacing the tables and chairs to where you found them
• NOT using the spotlight without written authorization
• NOT using the search light without written authorization

If you are serving alcohol at your event, you are required to have insurance coverage for it.

You can usually obtain this type of insurance from your insurance agent.
The code to the door will be emailed to the address on the application, approximately 2 days prior to your event. You may NOT enter the center until your reserved time and day.
If all the conditions above are met, you will receive $300 of your deposit back. The deposit will be
mailed to you from Nevada State Bank and takes approximately one week to receive. If all the conditions above are NOT met, we will prorate your deposit to cover any cost we incur to return the facility to it’s original condition. The Fernley Improvement Club and the Fernley ACES are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items that you bring with you to the Fernley Art Center.
